本书以广告监管为主轴,围绕其中出现的若干重大问题进行探索。在探讨过程中将“案”、“法”、“理”三者有机融为一体,以中国问题为导向,引入国外相关理论和制度上的资源,深入论证,分析监管病因,提出学理上的解决方案。

本书分为两大板块:一是基本理论和监管准则,重在论述广告法上的基础理论和广告监管的基本准则;二是监管环节和对策选择,从事前、事中、事后三个监管环节深入分析目前广告监管中的真实病因,并提出学理上的解决方案,供立法和决策者选择。
