2024～2025年，东盟各国文化事业继续呈现增长与创新并重的发展态势。各国政府加大文化政策与财政投入，推动文化保护与文化产业协调发展，申遗、修护及相关研究稳步推进。与此同时，以数字技术和互联网为核心的创新路径日益成为文化传承、交流与产业升级的重要动力，推动数字化保存、影视宣传、文旅融合等取得积极成果，并带动经济增长。2024～2025年恰逢中国与多个东盟国家建交的重要纪念节点，东盟各国在普遍强调国际合作的背景下，进一步加强对外文化交流，特别是与中国的合作，通过联合举办文化节、展览和学术研讨会等多种形式，提升文化软实力和国际影响力。作为全球文化多样性高度集中的组织，东盟在文化遗产保护、国际申遗、文化节庆等方面成果显著，在文化数字化和跨界融合领域亦取得突破。本书特别增加东盟国家与中国浙江省、广东省，以及法国的文化交流合作分析，以呈现更为立体、多元的区域文化发展图景。

In 2024-2025，the cultural sectors of ASEAN countries show steady growth and active innovation. Governments are introducing more cultural policies and increasing financial support to promote both cultural preservation and the development of cultural industries. Efforts in world heritage applications，restoration，and related research continue to make progress. At the same time，digital technology and the internet are playing a growing role in supporting cultural preservation，exchange，and industry upgrades. These efforts have brought positive results in areas such as digital preservation，film and television promotion，and the integration of culture and tourism，which also contribute to economic growth. This year marks important anniversaries of diplomatic relations between China and several ASEAN countries. In this context，ASEAN countries are strengthening international cultural exchanges，especially with China，by organizing joint cultural festivals，exhibitions，and academic seminars to enhance cultural soft power and international influence. As one of the most culturally diverse organization in the world，ASEAN continues to perform well in heritage protection，World Heritage nominations，and cultural festivals，while also achieving progress in cultural digitization and cross-border cooperation. This book also includes special sections on cultural exchanges and cooperation between ASEAN and Zhejiang Province，Guangdong Province，France，to provide a more complete and diverse view of regional cultural development.
