SV Assessment is based upon a 3A-3 Force Matrix, plus a 3-in-1 mechanism, where 3A, standing for AIM, APPROACH and ACTION, represents the basic structure of the assessment system; 3 Forces referring to the Driving Force (AIM), the Innovation Force (APPROACH), and the Transformation Force (ACTION), feature the focused areas of the assessment; and the 3-in-1 mechanism, highlighting the synergic effects of the 3A and the 3 Forces, provides a balance for the assessment.
