DuPont provides trustable solutions in personal protective equipment（PPE），which became one of the most critical and most needed medical supplies during the epidemic control. Being aware of this great responsibility，DuPont established a Core Team to lead production resumption at converters to produce protective equipment for the frontline medical works，and to coordinate and import garments from other countries and regions. To race against the 2019-nCoV，DuPont tried all the efforts to support China’s medical supply，maximizing all DuPont’s possible resources at home and abroad. Meanwhile，DuPont committed not to raise the factory price of PPE products in corporate announcement.

On January 31，2020，DuPont announced to donate medical supplies valuing RMB 2.55 million，including over 16，000 pieces of personal protective garments to protect frontline medical workers，and probiotic products worth more than RMB 800，000 to help regulate the immunity.

In the battle against COVID-19，DuPont collaborated firmly with Medical Supply Team of the State Council Joint Prevention & Control Mechanism，supporting its unified management and unified allocation，and importing protective garments from Vietnam and Cambodia urgently to aid China. To increase local production of high-quality protective garments，DuPont particularly set up a new business model of importing materials for local converters’ processing. Miao Wei，the Minister of Industry and Information Technology（MIIT），singed a Thanks Letter to DuPont on behalf of Medical Supply Team of the State Council Joint Prevention & Control Mechanism，speaking highly of DuPont’s great contributions.

DuPont involved deeply in the China’s flight against 2019-nCoV，working closely with government authorities and non-government organizations to deliver batches of protective equipment to the forefront at top speed. Supply Supervision Team of Central Government to most Affected Regions including Hubei also spoke highly of DuPont’s efforts in medical material supply for Wuhan and Hubei，and contributions to China’s epidemic prevention and control with high efficiency and great passion.
