Recently，Jaguar Land Rover China working with its supplier Beeswift purchased 1000 pieces of Dupont Tyvek 600 Plus medical protective clothing from the UK and has shipped them to Shanghai. With the help of Pudong New District Commission of Commerce，these protective clothing will be donated to 6 hospitals with fever outpatient，including Shanghai East hospital，Shanghai Seventh People’s hospital and Shanghai Pudong Hospital，to provide strong protection for the frontline medical staff. This is one of the aid actions by JLR China since the outbreak of the disease.

Jaguar Land Rover（JLR）has taken consecutive actions to support the prevention and control against COVID-19 in China. After the outbreak，JLR China and Chery JLR jointly donated 5 million yuan to Hubei Charity Federation for procurement of urgently needed medical and living materials for severely affected regions in Hubei Province as well as for the support of frontline medical personnel. In addition，JLR China also donated 3 million yuan to China Soong Ching Ling Foundation for the future prevention of epidemic diseases at primary and middle schools，which is under implementation now.

To ensure the safety of dealer’s staff and its own employees’ returning to work，JLR China procured 100000 facemasks from the UK，which has been distributed to its 240 dealers’ frontline employees across the country and the employees in JLRC offices of Shanghai，Beijing，Guangzhou，Chengdu，as well as to support the production base in Changshu. In this way，the brand seeks to guarantee the health of every employee，so as to maintain the operation of business and contribute to national stability and development.

JLR board members and plant staff at Castle Bromwich and Halewood in Britain also expressed their deep care and concern for the Chinese people by showcasing a banner that reads “Our thoughts are with you，our Chinese friends！”
