The survey was conducted in 2012 by the China Center for Climate Change Communication (China4C)，which was jointly established by the Research Center of Journalism and Social Development of Renmin University of China and Oxfam Hong Kong in April 2010. China4C is committed to the research on the climate communication theory and practice in international climate negotiations，and on China’s climate change strategies in policy formulation and implementation.
