With the rapid development of urbanization in China，a series of economic，social and environmental problems emerge，it mainly because of the differences of regional，political，public sentiment in urbanization process，the lack of internal development momentum，hence，the quality of urbanization is low. This paper studies from an angle that，as a growth pole，how five China Special Economic Zones to stimulate and improve the quality of urbanization of surrounding areas，especially how to coordinate the regional development between these two large regions and how to build formation of complementary advantages and innovate the resource integration mechanism. Also this paper aims to highlight the various problems in the urbanization process of these five special economic zones and the surrounding areas from the perspective of mechanism innovation of upgrading urbanization quality. And next we point out resource integration mechanisms of enhancing the quality of urbanization to further promote the process of urbanization.
