Since the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China，the Communist Party of China gradually built and upgraded institutional systems with Party Constitution as fundamental and democratic centralism as core，with a view to improve the scientific level of its self-building. The scientific level of systemic building improved on the whole，achievements of institutional innovation increased significantly，and working system，organizational system，leading system，elective system，and the supervision and security system constantly enriched and improved. During the course of constantly promoting systemic building and systemic innovation，the Communist Party of China accumulated a lot of valuable experience，summarized and deepened understanding for the law of Communist Party’s governance and governing Party’s self-building. Of course，Party’s institutional system building will be a protracted，dynamic and open-ended process，needs continuously promoting and constantly upgrading in the course of doubly exploring theories and practices by adhering to combine inheritance with innovation.
