Since September，the depreciation of USD triggered the significant appreciation of other countries’ currencies against USD，an exchange rate dispute runs high，causing quite large shock in the international financial market，and becoming a focus point in the world. China’s export-oriented enterprises，including export-oriented private enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region are so worried about RMB appreciation that they are even afraid to take large and time-consuming orders. I hereby put forward three points for reference.
