Since Mar. 2009，the world’s major capital markets bottomed out，with the slow recovery of world economy rebounding in the fluctuation. In 2010，the performance of world’s major capital markets is mixed due to the impact of economic policy adjustment in countries. Based on the research of capital markets in U.S.，Germany，France，UK，Japan，and emerging economies of the BRIC countries，this article tries to judge the movement of global capital markets.
