Eleanor M.Gonzalez:  Ms.Eleanor M.Gonzalez is the current Executive Director of the Philippine-China Development Resource Center.It was established in 1990 in Manila.Its main objectives are to foster closer relations and mutual understanding between the Philippines and China，and to promote development in the two countries.
