企业在市民社会(Civil Society)中所应扮演的角色以及如何积极参与本国乃至跨国性的公益事业正日益成为全球化时代关注的一个热点。日本作为最先跻身于发达国家行列的亚洲国家,其企业参与公益事业发展的历史演变过程以及与非营利团体(NPO)的合作经验对于中国相关领域的发展可以提供一定意义上的参考。
李凡: Fan Li is Chief Executive of Global Links Initiative(GLI),a newly established nonprofit organization on social inclusion issues starting from a Japan-China-U.K.dimension.Until recently,she was Program Associate of Japan NPO Center,a national infrastructure not-for-profit organization(NPO)based in Tokyo.She was responsible for initiating and co-ordinating international programs on capacity building,fundraising with NPOs as well as governments and corporate.She was also the editor of a bi-monthly newsletter on the NPO issues and co-ordinator of the Nonprofits Collation on NPO Law and Tax System Reform.Prior to Japan NPO Center,Ms.Li worked at Shimizu Corporation Shanghai Branch from 1994 to 1999.Ms.Li holds an MA in International Relations from Waseda University(Japan).Prior to this,she studied Public Administration in Leiden University(the Netherlands)and got her BA from Suzhou University(P.R.China)with a major of Japanese Literature.
