李凡:  Fan Li is Chief Executive of Global Links Initiative（GLI），a newly established nonprofit organization on social inclusion issues starting from a Japan-China-U.K.dimension.Until recently，she was Program Associate of Japan NPO Center，a national infrastructure not-for-profit organization（NPO）based in Tokyo.She was responsible for initiating and co-ordinating international programs on capacity building，fundraising with NPOs as well as governments and corporate.She was also the editor of a bi-monthly newsletter on the NPO issues and co-ordinator of the Nonprofits Collation on NPO Law and Tax System Reform.Prior to Japan NPO Center，Ms.Li worked at Shimizu Corporation Shanghai Branch from 1994 to 1999.Ms.Li holds an MA in International Relations from Waseda University（Japan）.Prior to this，she studied Public Administration in Leiden University（the Netherlands）and got her BA from Suzhou University（P.R.China）with a major of Japanese Literature.
