As a young city，Shenzhen is full of legends.As a sample，the “Five Ones” story is the most illustrated.It’s on 1980，when Shenzhen Special Economic Zone was established，Shenzhen had only one street，one traffic light，one policeman，one park and one animal in the park.That’s a monkey sent by Shenzhen Customs.Today，that smalltown closed to the border has become one of the most important economic，trading，high technologic and financial central cities in China.Particularly in the region of wireless digital communication，from 3G to 4G，no matter manufactoring or technology innovation，Shenzhen has already been the most important city in the world.Apparantly no other cities in the world but Shenzhen，which was an agricultural economy，could consecutively jumped into the acknowledge and information economy within just three decades.The researches into the way or mechanism of Shenzhen’s technological innovation and rapid indutrial growth will give good reference or implication to our country’s restructuring and transforming，when strategic choices must be made in the post-crisis era.
