2010 is thirty years of the foundation of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone（SEZ）.In 1991，Singaporean government released the plan—Singapore：New Origin，which regulated the trans-century developing strategies and put the key efforts to the last 10 years the 20th century，what’s more，the government had laid down the phased purposes and missions with a view to the first 30 years of the 21th century.Currently，Shenzhen’s economic and social development is in a critical period，which is similar to the phases of Singapore at that time.There are some excellent foundations and conditions of developments as well as huge challenges and many problems，which urgent need the new reforms and rapidly transition and internationalization.It will be a crucial issue on how to keep Shenzhen the leading city in face of the new challenges，then pushing Shenzhen’s developments to a higher level.
