Gao Xingmin:  0 Gao Xingmin，born in November 1961 in Heilongjiang province，is now a professor of China Center of Special Economic Zones Research of Shenzhen University and supervisor of postgraduate of Political Economy. He engages in the scientific research of the theories of market economy and social security for a long period，with 8 works and 65 academic theses being published. He presided over 5 national and provincial-level projects and 3 research projects of Shenzhen Municipal Committee of CPC and Shenzhen Municipal government.
