Wang Xiyi:  0 Wang Xiyi was born in February 1935 in Dandong city，Liaoning province. He graduated from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics in 1962. He is a senior economist，the master supervisor in the Department of Postgraduate of the PBC，as well as an adjunct professor in Dongbei University of Finance & Economics，Southwestern University of Finance and Economics，Zhengzhou Financial Institute. Xiyi Wang was not only a deputy secretary of the Department of Planning Fund in the Head Office of the People’s Bank of China，and a president of the Shenzhen Branch of the People’s Bank of China，but a deputy leader of the Shenzhen Security and a chairman of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange as well.
