30 years ago，Comrade Deng Xiaoping，after judging the hour and sizing up China’s situation，highly aimed and creatively proposed the strategic thought of establishing special economic zone in mainland China.To realize his great thought，the SSEZ builders worked hard and explored daring，made out a historical contribution that shocked the whole world.With higher starting level，we are faithful that，in the next 30 years，we will enjoy a more glorious era.An era will have lots of entrepreneurial opportunities and deserve our greater enthusiasm.If we summarize the experience and lessons we have come across over the past 30 years and learn into the occurrence and contagion of the recent global financial crisis，we will have the feeling that we are so lucky for almost all of us，no matter central governors or local officers，can hold a unified recognition that our development must be in line with science and our economic development pattern needs transition.But there is a problem we can’t ignore is that we have to do more to take those recognitions into practice so that we can receive a better return.This problem concerns the difficulty and complexity of our transition work. And in order to solve this problem，we have to make clear three sub-problems：first is what does such transition mean？Second is where should we transit our economy to？The last is how do we transit our economy？All of the three sub-problems above have great effect to the scientific development of our society and the lasting political stability of our country.
