In accordance with the deployment of the Party Central Committee and State Council，this year，China will reform taxation，finance，investment，foreign trade，foreign exchange，the state-owned assets supervision and modern enterprise system. This is to implement the Decision on a Number of Issues About Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee and to an important measure to accelerate and establish socialist market economic system. To well perform reforms in the said areas will have great significance in the establishment of the basic framework of socialist market economic system，addressing the deep-seated contradictions in the economy，promoting the rapid and healthy development of the national economy.

To carry out such reform will definitely break the existing economic operation orders，adjust the various interests，but there are many uncertainties. Therefore，it will bring some new contradictions and temporary impact on the recent economy operation. To ensure the smooth progress of reform and to achieve the desired results，we should not only actively support and participate in reform，but also to well deal with the relationship between reform，economic development and social stability. Besides，we should properly arrange the transition between old and new systems，pay attention to the influences of the reform on the society and economy. In addition，we should draw a clear distinction between long-term effect and short-term effect. For some new contradictions and problems emerging in the economic operation，we should take measures timely，making hay while the sun shines.

Now I will put forward my views on the contents and significance of several major reform measures，the influences which might be caused by the said measures on the operation of the macro economy，the problems which should be properly resolved in the reform，as well as the corresponding counter-measures. I hope this could raise concerns of more people.
