Central CCP’s Resolution on Several Great Issues of Building Harmonious Society（hereinafter referred to as “Resolution”）adopted at the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee reaffirmed policies as for promoting regional coordinated development and made an important deployment about how to carry out the overall regional development strategy to promote the common development of all regions and to achieve social harmony. We need to conscientiously implement the deployment to achieve the strategic target of gradually reversing the trend of wide regional development gap by 2020，so as to make contribution in completely building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.
