The report of the 17th National Congress of the CPC made important deployment to deepen the economic system reform，proposing to make significant progress in improving socialist market economic system，and “to deepen the understanding concerning the law of socialist market economy and hence to better exploit the fundamental role of market in allocating resources in terms of institution”. Thorough learning and implementation of this deployment is of significance for accelerating the formulation of regulations on market-driven resource allocation，for improving the efficiency of and optimizing the structure of resource allocation as well as for ensuring better and rapid development of national economy.
