The project team members and the experts serving for the assessment have no conflict of interest with the companies assessed that might affect the objectivity, independence and impartiality of the assessment.

Members of the project team have done research with due diligence and have sufficient proof to assure the objectivity, integrity, and impartiality of the assessment result.

The result of the SV 99 assessment is an independent third-party judgement generated by the project team based on reasonable internal assessment models, processes and criteria. The result is not affected by the companies assessed, any organisation or individual.

This report is developed based on the public information disclosed by listed companies, and the information collected from sources the project team deemed reliable and accurate, including authoritative media, governmental websites and court documents. The project team has performed necessary inspections and verification on the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the relevant information, but makes no express or implied statements or warranties for the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of such information.

The targets of this assessment are CSI 300 constituent companies updated in June 2018. The project team does not guarantee that the top 99 SV creators among all listed company in China are all included in the SV 99 Ranking (2018).

This assessment is based on company information disclosed in or before 2017. The project team does not guarantee that the information and results generated based on such information remain unchanged.

The SV 99 Ranking shall not be used for any profit-making purposes or as guidance for investment or decision-making.
