In 2017，with steady recovery of global economy and rise of economic growth rate，the post-crisis profound adjustment stage was brought to an end. According to data released by the World Bank，the global economic growth rate was over 3% in 2017. The world economy is seeing better days. Despite the many risks and challenges facing global economy against the recovery of world economic growth rate，such as protectionism and prevailing reverse globalization trend and excessively high global debt level，countries are pushing forward the global macroeconomic policy coordination and responding actively to those risks and challenges. In particular，the initiative proposed by China to establish the new-type international relations and build the community with shared future for mankind has been well received by people of many countries. China has pointed out the direction of economic globalization. The Belt and Road Initiative put forward by China serves as a platform for exploring new spaces and areas for international cooperation，and provides motive force for economic development of countries along the Belt and Road.

The United States has announced its decision to quit the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement （TPP），and the negotiation between the US and the EU with respect to the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership （TTIP），and that between the United States and China with respect to the Bilateral Investment Treaty（BIT） have come to a halt. Furthermore，countries all over the world are stoking the fire of protectionism. Nonetheless，according to the data released by World Trade Organization （WTO），the growth rate of total world goods export turned from a negative one to a positive one. The growth of international trade was reflected by rise in both price and quantity.

Given the above facts，China and Arab states have overcome a number of difficulties in their economic and trade cooperation，and the cooperation level has improved to a certain extent. This has contributed positively to the Belt and Road construction，and laid a solid foundation for the two to achieve a win-win result and build a community of shared future.
