The intent of this paper is simply to bring to mind，whatever the perceived intent and outcome of this visionary enunciation of President Xi，certain elements for awareness in the hope that the world at large，with all the global crises，conflicts and challenges，especially for those who are struggling not knowing whether they will even have tomorrow to look to or the uncertain hope and future of basic human existence for their children and children’s children. These basic humanity’s needs should not be subjected to such fears and uncertainties and insecurity.
