21世纪初，“颜色革命”浪潮迅速席卷后苏联空间，并在欧亚国家间造成大范围的政局动荡。多年来，国内外学界对“颜色革命”的兴起与扩散进行了比较深入的研究，但鲜有对“颜色革命”衰退问题的研究。本文从“‘颜色革命’如何衰退”这一问题入手，借助“清晰集定性比较分析”的方法，选取后苏联空间内的11个案例国家进行比较政治研究，认为促成“颜色革命”衰退的路径有四层内涵：其一，以资源、地缘的利益契合顺应外部压力的影响；其二，国家政权当局利用寻租关系加强对国内精英集团的控制，并体现为“资源—经济”、权力分享、精英胁迫这三种寻租模式；其三，团结国际国内，坚决抵抗外部压力；其四，构建防范“颜色革命”风险的整体防线。“颜色革命”的衰退机制显示，政权当局的强硬态度是一国阻遏“颜色革命”的必要条件；无外部压力的影响、精英的有效整合以及边缘化反对派则是促成“颜色革命”衰退的核心条件。
,AbstractEN:At the beginning of the 21st century，the wave of Color Revolution quickly swept through the post-Soviet space and caused a wide range of political instability within Eurasia. Over the years，the academic circles at home and abroad have carriedout in-depth studies on the Color Revolution’s rise and spread，but rarely on its fading. This paper starts with the question of how does the Color Revolution fade，use the method of clear set qualitative comparative analysis，and selects 11 case countries in the post-Soviet space to carry on the comparative political research. This paper finds that the successful paths of Color Revolution fading have four connotations：first，to adapt to the influence of external pressure with the interests of resources and geography；second，the Weak States use rent-seeking relationship to strengthen the control of domestic elite groups，which is reflected in three rent-seeking modes of resource-economy，power sharing and elite coercion；third，to unite the international and domestic forces to resolutely resist external pressure；fourth，to build a comprehensive defense against the risk of Color Revolution. By comparing the commonness of these four paths，we come to the conclusion that the tough attitude of the regime is a necessary condition for one country to deter the Color Revolution；the absence of external pressure，the effective integration of the elites and the marginalization of the opposition are the three core conditions that contributed to the Color Revolution fading.

,AbstractEN:As a regional security cooperation organization established on the basis of similarities in geography，regimes and cultures among Gulf Coastal monarchy countries，the Gulf Cooperation Council （GCC） is a product of regional games among major powers outside the region，changes in the relations of regional states，and compromises in the interests of member states. During its 40 years of self-improvement，the GCC has developed a unique character. The outbreak of Qatar diplomatic crisis in 2017 caused the GCC the most serious crisis of solidarity and consensus since its establishment，which also reflected the difficulties of its development. The crisis resulted from the adjustment of major powers’ policies and the transformation of regional relations，as external driving forces highlighting the vulnerability of the GCC on the one hand，and the change in internal order on the other hand. At the beginning of 2021，under the mediation of the international community and the internal compromise，the GCC member states reconciled，but its prospect remains in doubt. If it fails to reform and create cooperation mechanisms of politics，economy，and security，the GCC，once regarded as the EU in the Gulf region，is likely to follow the Maghreb Alliance.

,AbstractEN:Under the principle of “Neither East nor West，but just Islam”，Iran’s considerations over political identity and realistic interests have become important topics for Middle East studies. In the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict of 2020，Tehran’s attitudes became an important opportunity to review Iran’s foreign policies. As Iran’s northern neighbor and a state shares Shia Islam with Iran，Azerbaijan failed to receive assistance and support from Tehran. Azerbaijan’s nationalist sentiments are understood by Iran as external threats，while Iran’s pan-Islam sentiments are perceived as threats by Azerbaijan. Iran is alert to Azerbaijan’s nationalist sentiments，while Iran does not escalate the tension with Azerbaijan due to Tehran’s pan-Islam strategy. The bilateral ties between Iran and Azerbaijan suggest the conflicting motivations of Tehran between identity and realities.

,AbstractEN:Since Iran announced the restart of its nuclear facilities in 2002，it has triggered a series of nuclear crises，leading to several rounds of sanctions imposed by the United States and the United Nations. Under severe economic sanctions，Iran’s economy，especially oil exports，is facing an increasingly serious external environment. However，despite the sanctions and threats to its national security，Iran has paid attention to the development of its own defense industry and formed a relatively complete defense industry system. In this process，the national defense economic system with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as its backbone has had a profound impact on Iran’s state-owned economy and collective economy，and has shaped Iran’s economic formation to a certain extent. In general，Iran’s defense economic system plays a critical role to its domestic economy，effectively improving the uneven distribution of resources and insufficient investment，stimulating Iran’s domestic industrial production. As a result，even under severe international sanctions，the Iranian economy still achieved certain degree of internal circulation. ,AbstractEN:After Thailand established a constitutional monarchy in 1932，the domestic royalists，whose main component was “the king，the royal elite and the common elite”，experienced from insisting the monarchy into the constitution to maintaining the stability of the political order，the whole process fully showed the royalist’s compromise to the democratic thought and the insistence on the royal power. In addition，in the process of political development in Thailand，royalists mainly carried out political and social mobilization by relying on the royal family，striving for parliamentary seats，allying with military forces，cooperating with urban middle class，and building pious values of peasant class，so as to continuously expand their political influence and discourse power. It should be pointed out that，in the face of Thailand’s political democratization，Royalists were not stubbornly conservative，but adjusted the ideas to meet the needs of Thailand’s political development. In maintaining the stability of Thailand’s political order，Royalists play the role to restrain the authoritarian government，checks and balance political conflicts，and bridge the relationship between the ruling class and ordinary people. Thus，studies on the path and political influence of royalist political and social mobilization in Thailand can also provide theoretical reference and case reference for exploring the development and consolidation of democracy in Southeast Asian countries.

,AbstractEN:Japan is one of the first countries in Asia to establish overseas industrial parks. It has established several large-scale，well-operated and Outstanding-influence overseas industrial parks in Thailand. They are deeply rooted in the local Thai society and have achieved a transition from “Going out” to “Going in”. Since the implementation of the “Belt and Road” initiative，the number of Chinese overseas industrial parks has continued to increase and achieved remarkable achievements. However，Chinese overseas industrial parks have being facing many problems during the transition from “Going out” to “Going in”，such as insufficient software and hardware services，comparative lacking of industrial innovation and development environment，insufficient corporate social responsibility awareness and low level of institutionalization，etc.. All of them have restricted the development of Chinese overseas industrial parks. Based on the status quo of Chinese and Japanese industrial parks in Thailand，this article compares their services，industrial development，and corporate social responsibility management during the process from “Going out” to “Going in”. Analyzing and summarizing the development experience of Japanese overseas industrial parks will contribute to promote the transformation and upgrading of Chinese overseas industrial parks to play a platform role in the high-quality development of the “Belt and Road”.

,AbstractEN:In recent years，with the help of Internet cross-border e-commerce innovation，transformation and upgrading of transportation and logistics network，and facilitation of customs clearance of fruits and vegetables，the durian trade between China and Thailand has shown a vigorous development trend，making durian an important export agricultural product in Thailand after rice and natural rubber. This has profoundly changed the traditional domestic market-oriented durian production and sales pattern in Thailand，and enabled Thailand to catch up with China’s hitchhiking，effectively increasing the added value of exports and industries，and playing a positive role in poverty alleviation and employment in Thailand’s durian producing areas. With the implementation of new technologies，new infrastructure and RCEP，the durian industry chain in China and Thailand will further develop in the future and become an important model of interconnection in the construction of a Community of Common Destiny in the peripheral regions.

,AbstractEN:Since the 21st century，due to the insistence of the scholars on inheritance and innovation，and the increasingly prominent academic and practical significance，China’s Myanmar Studies has achieved new breakthroughs in theory，method，thought and internationalization，and gradually developed into a model of Area studies with Chinese characteristics. However，China’s Myanmar Studies also face some problems，mainly manifested in the unsatisfied overall research，lack of high-level researchers，unskilled application of disciplinary theories and methods，insufficient attention to some major problems or fields，and inadequate combination of policy research and basic research Therefore，China’s Myanmar studies should be improved by internal drive and external impetus. Internal drive includes further improving the professional ability of existing researchers，cultivating versatile talents in Area Studies，and promoting the use of interdisciplinary and comparative regional research methods. In terms of external conditions，it should strengthen resources integration and improve relevant mechanisms and systems. Finally，global consciousness and patriotism are significant to Myanmar Studies. Strengthen the dialogue with social science，consolidate Chinese discourse in international relations with Myanmar Studies，and promote the construction of non-Western international relations theory.

,AbstractEN:“Thai Studies” in the United States have always been influenced-some would even say on occasion been determined-by American policies regarding Thailand and by Thai politics. In this paper I trace the development of Thai studies in the US from the immediate post-World War II period when a few American scholars began to develop Thai studies to the present day. Since the early twenty-first century，fewer and fewer American graduate students have chosen to study Thailand and fewer and fewer Thai are coming to the US to study. Nonetheless，Thai studies in America will not disappear. The impressive Thai collections at libraries at Cornell，Wisconsin，Northern Illinois University，and the University of Washington and smaller collections elsewhere ensure that there will continue to be a significant scholarly legacy for Thai studies in the United States. Future scholars-from Thailand，the US and elsewhere will be able to find in these collections significant materials for future research.
