组织承诺研究之所以能够引起人们的极大关注,与它对离职率和缺勤率具有较好的预测能力有关。虽然西方学者在这个领域已进行了大量的研究,但由于东西方管理体制、文化传统等方面的差异,其研究成果在多大程度上适用于我国的实情呢?

本书共分八章。第一章是以往研究回顾以及本研究的总体框架;第二章是中国情境下的组织承诺概念;第三章是对西方组织承诺测量工具的有效性进行检验;第四章是开发中国情境下的组织承诺的测量工具;第五章是利用情景模拟实验方法探讨影响组织承诺的因素;第六章和第七章分别从社会交换法则和社会交换过程的角度,对组织承诺的形成过程进行研究;第八章是总论。
