高校青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是推动高等教育事业科学发展、办好人民满意高等教育的重要力量。很多高校青年教师出生在改革开放后,生长于社会日新月异的大变革时期,成长于知识经济与信息化时代,行为方式深深刻着时代的烙印。高校青年教师与青年学生年龄接近,成长的时代背景相似,在思想、心理、语言、行为等方面具有一定的共通性,心理容易靠近,思想容易产生共鸣。因此,工作在教学和科研第一线的高校青年教师对青年学生的影响很大,他们的理想信念和思想品格引领青年学生的价值判断和价值选择,他们的学术风范和师德师风激发青年学生对真善美的向往,他们的人格力量和人格魅力引导青年学生扣好人生的第一粒扣子。本书以马克思主义为指导,综合运用哲学、政治学、社会学、心理学的研究成果和研究方法,对我国高校青年教师的行为方式进行深入探索和研究。本书共分为八章。第一章导论部分主要阐述了高校青年教师行为方式研究的背景和意义,并针对研究内容提出了研究思路和方法。第二章概述了人的行为和行为方式的基本内涵、特性及行为方式发生发展的一般过程,在此基础上分析了影响人的行为方式的内在和外在因素。第三章从年龄和身份方面界定了本书的研究对象高校青年教师,梳理和探索了高校青年教师行为方式的内涵、特殊性及影响和作用。第四章主要对高校青年教师行为方式研究的理论基础进行了探析。第五章对高校青年教师行为方式的现状进行了实证调查分析,探讨了高校青年教师行为方式的现状和表现特点。第六章深入分析了高校青年教师行为方式的影响因素。第七章提出以人为本、全面发展、与时俱进三项基本原则,提出主导教育与自我教育相结合、理性教育与感性教育相结合、系统教育与个别教育相结合、分类教育与融合教育相结合的四种基本方法。第八章从思想、发展、生活、环境四个维度提出高校青年教师行为方式优化的对策建议。
