中文摘要

本书以电动汽车消费行为为研究对象,综合运用心理学和行为学等多学科理论和方法,首先构建了电动汽车消费行为影响因素理论模型,通过问卷调查获得的数据,对各影响因素及其影响机理进行深入分析。其次,在测度消费者对各类激励政策的心理和行为响应的基础上,提出了一个全新的政策优化框架,旨在从经济激励、环境意识和心理账户三个方面调动消费者的积极性,并借助选择实验法模拟了各政策对消费者的影响。最后,基于上述研究结果,设计了我国电动汽车消费行为激励政策体系。
