《中国品牌战略发展报告》是在陈光亚、杨圣明、张晓山、乌家培、汪同三等多位两院院士和学部委员联署的“关于推进自主创新,打造中国品牌大国,保障国家经济安全的建议”和“关于推进自主创新,打造中国品牌大国,保障国家经济安全的进一步建议”精神的基础上,在中央有关领导重要批示精神的指导下,由品牌中国战略规划院牵头编撰的以品牌战略为研究对象的年度性研究报告,具有综合性、战略性、学术性、产业性、政策性的特点。

《中国品牌战略发展报告(2019~2020)》主要分为总报告、品牌战略前沿理论篇、品牌评价体系研究篇、品牌生态指数发展研究篇、品牌生态指数评价报告篇5个部分,并以附录形式对年度品牌政策进行了汇编。报告坚持在新发展理念指导下对“三个转变”重要指示不断开展深入研究,重点把握宏观趋势分析、理论应用创新和区域生态评价三个重点方向。

总报告全面回顾了2019年国内外宏观经济发展的形势和品牌发展的趋势,并对我国国家品牌发展从宏观经济的总体趋势、品牌经济的运行质量、当前发展面临的机遇挑战等方面进行了综合评价,并对美国、欧洲、日本、俄罗斯和印度等主要经济体的品牌经济运行情况进行了比较分析,对2019年品牌战略发展的总体趋势进行了总结概括,汇总了国内外评价体系对我国国家品牌战略发展水平的评价,提出了品牌年度发展建议。

品牌战略前沿理论篇聚焦了“三个转变”的理论新贡献、国有企业品牌创建的新趋势、重大公共卫生事件对品牌的影响,以及新历史方位下品牌哲学的发展四个领域,同时对2019年中国品牌发展指数、文化创意产业新品牌等新型评价模型进行了阐述。

报告结合品牌生态系统发展的最新趋势,对品牌生态指数指标体系进行了重新调整,重点描述了构建原则与依据、指标体系框架和评价模型,建立了2019年参评城市的标准,年度评价对象确定为118个城市。在此基础上形成了2019年度中国品牌生态指数综合评价报告,结合评价分析形成了综合评价结论,建立了区域标准城市模型,形成了专项指数运行情况分析和区域领先城市品牌发展报告。

报告坚持从国家战略安全的高度研究我国品牌建设的制度环境和经济环境;坚持从学术角度深入探寻品牌战略的内在结构、影响因素和形成机制;坚持从生态角度分析区域品牌发展的要素环境和优势资源;坚持从全球层面分析中国品牌在全球化过程中面临的机遇与挑战。

当前,品牌经济作为一种更高级的经济发展模式正在得到广泛的认同,推动品牌经济的发展成为实现高质量发展和建设美好生活的战略选择,也必将成为贯彻习近平总书记“三个转变”重要指示精神的有力抓手,报告将重点把握中国品牌经济发展的宏观形势、应用理论和区域生态三个重点,从推动制度创新、丰富内涵主题、夯实产业基础、推动国际认同和培育区域特色五个维度,实现中国品牌的战略发展。
