中文摘要

全国科普理论研讨会是我国科学普及领域的品牌学术会议,1991年由中国科普研究所发起,已连续举办27届,为我国科普理论创新和科普实践发展提供了重要学术交流支撑平台。第二十七届全国科普理论研讨会于2020年9月28日在北京召开,会议主题为“面向未来的科学素质建设”。为更广泛地传播本届会议学术成果,主办方将大会学术委员会遴选的42篇论文结集出版。此论文集的出版将推动研讨会成果深化利用,进一步促进学术分享和交流互鉴,更好地服务科普工作实践,服务公众科学素质建设。

This paper combines the actual situation of the epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic emergency work in the popular science venues in China,and collecting and sorting out of relevant data about the contents of emergency science popularization which published on TikTok public account and WeChat public account during the epidemic in 20 venues. And take the emergency science popularization practice and relevant data of some popular science venues during the epidemic as an example. This paper briefly analyzes the current situation,function and deficiency of science popularization in emergency response of science popularization venues during the epidemic. Also put forward relevant thinking and suggestions to promote and improve the construction of emergency science capacity.

“To develop the lifelong education system and construct a learning society” was proposed at the 18th national congress of the communist party of China. Of the lifelong education system,the education for the elderly is the last and critical part,to which usually is paid insufficient attention. It is the duty and responsibility of the science museum to help the elderly to learn better,to share the advancement of culture and technology,and to keep pace with the development of the society. Based on the theory of margin and the current situation of social development,this paper is endeavored to discuss the demand of the contemporary Chinese elderly in terms of the popularization of science and to offer feasible suggestions for integrating the popularization of science into the daily life of the elderly.

科学普及与科学创新是科技进步的两个基本体现,医务工作者是科普工作的中坚力量。本文旨在调查我国城市三级医院科普工作及医务工作者参与科普工作的现状、困难、需求及科普工作在解决医患纠纷问题中的意义。本文采用问卷调查、深度访谈等方法对12家三级医院科的普工作开展情况进行调查。目前医务人员参与科普工作的比例较低(46.9%),科普的主要对象是患者(88.0%)。80.3%的医务工作者认为对患者进行科普能够帮助解决医患纠纷。建议在全国各医院形成医务工作者参与和开展科普的良好氛围;政府相关部门建立并落实医院科普政策;医院完善医务工作者开展科普工作的相关制度;各部门充分整合对接科普资源和平台。

Scientific popularization and scientific innovation are the two basic manifestations of scientific and technological progress,medical workers are the backbone of science popularization. This article aims to investigate the status of science popularization in grade Ⅲ hospitals and the significance of science popularization in resolving doctor-patient disputes. Questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews were used to investigate the development of science popularization in 12 Grade Ⅲ hospitals. The proportion of medical workers participating in science popularization was low (46.9%). The main target of science popularization was patients (88.0%). 80.3% of medical workers believed that conducting science popularization on patients could help resolve doctor-patient disputes. In conclusion,propose the following suggestions:form a better atmosphere for medical workers to participate in science popularization across the country;relevant government departments should establish hospital science popularization policies;hospitals should provide adequate funding and training opportunities for medical workers to carry out science popularization;various departments should fully integrate resources and platforms.

Science popularization service is an important front for innovation-driven development,and its inherent educational function and social attributes provide the cornerstone for the practice of interdisciplinary education. This paper starts with the current situation of science popularization service in China,discusses the dilemma of interdisciplinary education in science popularization service at the present stage,and based on Taylor’s classic curriculum model,discusses the development path of science popularization service from the perspective of interdisciplinary education from four aspects:target,content,organization and evaluation. Then,through the case analysis of exhibition service,activity service,resource service three types of popular science services to achieve cross-disciplinary approach. Finally,the paper puts forward implementation strategies such as planning the science popularization service policy from the interdisciplinary perspective,improving the interdisciplinary education elements in infrastructure,and formulating the training plan for interdisciplinary science popularization talents.

为了研究科普类公众号在疫情防控期间的传播力及影响力,本文对国内10个科普类微信公众平台疫情防控期间的数据进行了研究,通过计算微信传播指数WCI(WCI从“整体传播力”“篇均传播力”“头条传播力”“峰值传播力”四个维度进行评价),对10个微信公众号在疫情发生以来的整体传播力进行了系统的分析。最后,基于10个典型科普公众号的特点,对微信公众号在本次突发疫情中的科普内容及方式提出相关建议。

In order to study the science communication power and influence of WeChat accounts during the outbreak of COVID-19,the data of ten typical WeChat official accounts have been studied. Meanwhile,the communication power of the ten accounts have been systematic calculated by WCI (WCI is evaluated by four dimensions:“the communication power of the whole account”,“the communication power of the article”,“the communication power of the headline” and “the top communication power”). At the end of 2019,a pneumonia epidemic caused by a new type of coronavirus spread across the world. In this public health emergency,China’s network emergency science popularization took advantage of the network to release information in a timely manner according to the needs of the public to help the public respond to the epidemic scientifically,overcome obstacles. By comparing the performance of emergency science popularization work in the two public health emergencies of SARS and COVID-19,the study clarified the advantages of network emergency science popularization,and combined with the phase characteristics of the incident,the network emergency science popularization strategy at different stages was carried out. Research and propose a network emergency science popularization path oriented to public opinion,and provide strategies for the next work.

Nowadays,the development of professional education and popular science education in colleges and universities is unbalanced. The main reasons for the development of popular science in colleges and universities are insufficient understanding,insufficient funds and single means. In this model,science popularization projects are divided into three levels according to the scope of professional competence,which are integrated with professional courses,studios and graduation thesis (design) step by step. After a year of practice in the digital media art major of our university,students’ enthusiasm and systematicness in learning have been significantly improved. On the one hand,students’ knowledge of popular science has changed from passive to active to receive popular science education,and they also have the ability to innovate popular science projects. Since the COVID-19,online popular science education activities have become an active exploration and effective way to carry out activities in major science popularization venues. Webcast and recorded broadcast are two general patterns of online popular science education activities,which have different characteristics and communication process. This paper takes “Cloud Science Inquiry” which is a sub column of “Cloud Popularization of Science” series of online theme popular science education activities launched by Wuhan Museum of Science and Technology during May 1 as an example,we contrast communication model of webcast and recording and broadcasting,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of communication model. With analytics,communication strategy can be significantly optimized.

Recently,various kinds of natural disasters,accidents,public health incidents,social security incidents and other public emergencies have occurred frequently,causing great loss of life and property and serious harm,which has increased the demand for emergency science worldwide. Faced with the problem of dealing with emergencies,how to improve the emergency popularization mechanism so as to disseminate the proper emergency treatment to the whole people is a big challenge worldwide. Japan has explored and formed a systematic mechanism for emergency popularizing science. This paper will analyze the construction and practical development of Japan’s emergency science popularization mechanism from the aspects of institution establishment,fund guarantee,laws and regulations,knowledge dissemination,infrastructure,and social participation,so as to provide beneficial inspiration and reference for the improvement of China’s emergency science popularization mechanism and capacity level.
