中文摘要

本书梳理了我国农业温室气体清单编制工作成效,总结了我国农业碳排放现状并分析了其国际地位,提出应加强固碳减排探索与实践、全面实施农业农村减排固碳“十大行动”,积极谋划我国农业农村低碳发展战略、技术路径与重大任务,走出一条生态优先、绿色低碳的高质量发展道路。本书采用全生命周期评估方法,对我国代表性谷物、蔬菜和肉类初级农产品进行碳足迹核算,指出近年来我国主要农产品碳排放强度呈下降趋势。聚焦种植业、养殖业、土壤固碳、可再生能源、农机渔机和气候韧性六大领域,梳理国内外技术现状,提炼主要做法和成效,针对存在的问题和挑战提出意见建议,明确下一步科技创新着力发展方向,为提升我国农业农村低碳发展科技水平,助力实现国家双碳战略目标做出积极贡献。本书在已有相关工作基础上,总结归纳了安徽怀远“气候智慧型农业”、浙江丽水“碳中和茶叶”、河北安平“生物质能替代”和内蒙古四子王旗“草地碳交易”等低碳发展典型模式,为农业农村低碳发展提供了示范应用案例。
