,AbstractEN:The national and regional research in the new era should respond to the major strategic concerns of the country and focus on establishing key research areas and research directions from the “national level，regional level and global level”. Focus on the realization of theoretical achievements and paradigm innovation，and play a leading role in the construction of “Chinese School” with Chinese characteristics. In order to provide theoretical support for national decision-making，we should deeply study and judge the main characteristics，development trends and important influences of the relations among big powers in the era of big power competition. We will promote the one belt，one road，high quality development，and fully pay attention to and judge the development trend of small and medium-sized countries. This paper systematically reviews the favorable conditions and practical challenges of China’s regional cooperation，and summarizes the overall characteristics of regional integration. We should pay more attention to the non-traditional security field and strengthen the research on terrorism，climate warming，energy security and public health. We should seriously explore the effective path of global governance，contribute Chinese wisdom，provide Chinese solutions and show Chinese strength to promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind.

,AbstractEN:The world today is undergoing major changes unprecedented in a century，and the major strategic forces are speeding up the adjustment of their international strategies to adapt to the ever-changing international environment. There have been some consensuses on their perceptions of the changing international security environment，such as a more complex security environment，a more intense strategic game，the weakening and divergence of Western power，and a more pronounced multipolar trend，among others. However，there are differences in their strategic goals and policy responses：the U.S. is committed to maintaining its global dominance，by way of alternating between multilateralism and unilateralism and using a two-pronged approach of tactical contraction and strategic offense；Russia is making use of its strategic advantages and reorienting its diplomacy，trying to continue to exercise unique influence in international affairs and maintain its strategic position as an important power；the EU，facing the challenges of power crisis，identity crisis and value crisis，tries to achieve a balance between strategic autonomy and maintenance of Atlantic relations，so as to participate in global governance as a significant international force.

,AbstractEN:With the acceleration of global warming in recent years，glaciers in the Arctic region are gradually thawing，and the exploitation and utilization of the North Sea Route have drawn ever increasing attention from major countries in the world. The Chinese government and enterprises have also begun to show more concern oversuch issues. Taking China’s perspective and laying emphasis on China’s subject role，this paper uses the SWOT analysis in strategic management to visually show the strengths and weaknesses，opportunities and threats in China’s participation in this endeavor. By now China’s participation in the development of the North Sea Route is in the SO strategic period；that is，China’s own advantages and external opportunities are both significant，suggesting that it is the right time for China’s participation. China’s use of the North Sea Route is in the ST strategic period；that is，China’s advantages and the threats it faces are both evident. Thus China needs to use its advantages to defend against external threats. Due to the inadequate infrastructure，insufficient icebreakers，and insignificant economic advantages in the North Sea Route，the conditions for large-scale commercial use of the Route are not yet mature. But given the significance of the Northern Sea Route for China’s maintenance of maritime interests and energy security，China should keep on actively participating in its development and guide ships to take the Route when the conditions are ripe. China should be problem-oriented，making use of its strengths to avoid weaknesses，adhering to the principle of bilateral and multilateral development and focusing on strengthening ties with Arctic and non-Arctic countries alike.

,AbstractEN:After the establishment of many regional economic organizations，difficulties will continue to deepen while regional integration often gets stalled. Based on international political economy and adopting a dynamic perspective，this article argues that the deepening of regional integration is dependent on economic benefits and the leadership of the leading country. In the operation of the regional economic organization，lack of obvious benefits for the participating countries and unfair distribution of benefits will pose economic obstacles to the deepening of integration；if the leading country’s ability to provide public goods decreases and the legitimacy of leadership weakens，political obstacles to the deepening integration will also emerge. Five years after the establishment of the Eurasian Economic Union，the original integration plan remains difficult to implement，and the goal of achieving economic union by 2025 is failing. The reason is double-fold：on the one hand，the participating countries have not gained considerable economic benefits from integration；on the other hand，the economic sanctions imposed by Western countries on Russia have weakened its leadership and leadership legitimacy in integration. In view of the operation analysis of the Eurasian Economic Union，there is an inevitable risk of hollowing out of integration in the future.

,AbstractEN:After the end of the Cold War，Sweden and the NATO approach openly，and Sweden’s foreign behaviors gradually deviate from the neutral non-alignment policy，so there is a view that “Sweden will join NATO”. Starting from the Swedish domestic level，this paper points out that the success of neutral policy in the Two World Wars and the Cold War has made it extremely prestigious in the hearts of the Swedes. Due to the “the problem of generations”，some parliamentary parties have abandoned the neutrality policy they once supported，and，made NATO membership as one of the goals of their foreign policy agenda. At the same time，in recent years，the public opinion support rate that agreed to join NATO has been on the rise. However，the dissenting people still have a majority. And there is no party with enough prestige to convince the majority of the people to agree to NATO membership. In addition，due to the advantages of the political parties supporting the non-alignment policy in parliament，the probability of passing the NATO membership proposal is low，which also makes the political parties dare not easily use the referendum. Therefore，for the foreseeable future，Sweden will continue to strengthen military cooperation with NATO，but will not join it.

,AbstractEN:Strategic thinking is one of the decisive factors in the formulation and evolution of security strategies. India’s maritime strategic thinking demonstrates a deep maritime power complex and continuous pursuit of a deep-sea navy，combining the concept of “absolute security” with “cooperative security” means. What’s more，the Pakistan complex and the China complex havebecome an inertia in Delhi’s strategic thinking. In general，India is still actively pursuing autonomy in its maritime security strategy，but its combination of morality and power politics shows a certain degree of contradiction.

,AbstractEN:The continuous and in-depth study of regional and country studies requires examining issues more from the perspective of the countries concerned. This article takes Tajikistan’s state construction and social development as the foundation to present a comprehensive analysis of Tajikistan’s national security issues in five dimensions：relations between major powers and geopolitics，regional international contacts and border security，opposition activities at home and abroad，religious extremism and terrorism，and distribution of social rights and identity crisis. It is argued that state construction is yet to be completed in Tajikistan. Its security has its own vulnerability and uncertainty，and various factors that affect security will still have a long-term effect and impact on its process of social development. As a friendly neighbor，China needs to have a clearer understanding of the characteristics and trends of Tajikistan’s national security issues so as to make better responses.
