Beijing’s urban sub-center in Tongzhou District become clear after 2014，which comprehensively take a significant change for the local development. Tongzhou District made a rapid progressive in the field of social building and social governance，especially promoted by both the overall activities in Beijing and fight for National Civilized District in Tongzhou. Honestly，many serious problems，such as industrial lack，population problem，the weak foundation in social building，and the scarce ability in city management，are waiting to solve.
