The “One Belt and One Road” strategy is now moving from the initial phase to the substantive construction phase. “One Belt and One Road” urgently needs to identify strategic node along the way,by taking “strategic node”,“corridor”,“network” and “extension” to pull the global path. The article proposes that the “Silk Cities Corridor” is the main platform for Interoperability in “One Belt and One Road”. Which will help keep different regional developmental ideas consistent. China’s “One Belt and One Road” initiative,other international organizations’ regional developmental cooperation initiatives,as well as all involved nations’ geographical development plans may not coincide with the spatial orientation of development. However,the development axis of key and major urban cities becomes the common link that none of the pragmatic development programs can work without. Therefore,“Silk Cities Corridor” is able to become the largest common denominator to various types of development and open concepts.
