    我国母港邮轮产品及航线多元发展的对策研究

    摘要

    随着我国邮轮产业的迅速发展,邮轮船舶和游客数量都飞速增长,但是在2018年出现了近十年的首次下跌,预示着我国邮轮产业发展遇到了问题。因此为了保持我国邮轮产业稳定增长,提升邮轮旅游市场整体品质,本文从我国母港邮轮产品的特点及政策瓶颈出发,借鉴国际成熟邮轮市场的发展经验,提出邮轮航线主题多元化、邮轮港口圈差异化、船上服务差异化的发展对策,并由此提出了上海邮轮产品的发展方案,如航线“T”字形战略、无目的地航线战略、老少游舒适型航线战略、多点挂靠旅游购物战略,既有利于带动长江经济带的发展,又可以拉升内地旅客在邮轮母港的消费能力,提高港口所在城市的经济效益,这对我国邮轮市场的持续、健康、快速发展具有重要意义。

    Abstract

    With the rapid development of China’s cruise industry,the number of cruise ships and tourists has increased rapidly,but in 2018,the first decline in nearly a decade indicates that China’s cruise industry has encountered difficulties. Therefore,in order to maintain the steady growth of China’s cruise industry and improve the overall quality of cruise tourism market,starting from the characteristics and policy bottlenecks of China’s home-port cruise products,and drawing on the experience of the development of mature international cruise market,this paper proposes the development of diversification of cruise routes,differentiation of cruise port circle and differentiation of on-board services. Based on this,the development plan of Shanghai cruise products is put forward,such as “T” type strategy,aimless route strategy,comfortable route strategy for young and old tourists and multi-point tourism shopping strategy. It is not only conducive to promoting the development of the Yangtze River economic belt,but also can enhance the consumption capacity of inland passengers in the cruise home port. The economic benefit of the city where the port is located is of great significance to the sustained,healthy and rapid development of China’s cruise market.
