This report elaborates the connotation and composition of Internet Service Capacity of local government，as well as the design of evaluation index system for government’s Internet service capacity，data sources and collection，data calculation methods，etc.，and presents results，findings and analysis of development trend in the future. The report shows that the overall development of China’s local government Internet service capacity has been improved significantly and regional differences have narrowed. There are three significant trends in the future development：firstly，local government Internet service capability puts forward higher requirements for provincial government service platforms；secondly，in the context of improving the business environment，the government’s services for enterprises will show a deepening trend；thirdly，the deep integration of new government media has become an important trend in the development of government Internet service capabilities.
