    中国国际邮轮旅游消费者感知研究——基于网络文本数据分析

    摘要

    邮轮旅游作为我国新兴的专项旅游活动,伴随着“一带一路”相关政策的推进,呈现快速发展的趋势,但是近两年我国邮轮旅游的发展增速减缓,中国邮轮旅游面临产业转型。本文以中国邮轮旅游消费者为研究对象,以携程网和同程旅游网站的点评数据为样本,进行旅游者产品感知研讨。在国内外文献分析基础上,通过“八爪鱼”数据爬虫软件获取网络文本27126条评论基础数据,运用Python的jieba分词功能对文本高频词进行分析,同时运用Python的SnowNLP库对评论文本做情感判断;使用ROST CM6语义分析剖析不同航线的游客感知差异。研究发现,游客对邮轮旅游的感知主要包括邮轮环境、邮轮设施、邮轮服务、邮轮活动、整体体验五个方面;时间跨度与空间跨度影响游客对邮轮产品感知,远洋航线游客与日本航线和东南亚航线游客之间存在感知差异;游客对邮轮产品的总体满意度情况良好,日本航线和远洋航线的游客情感值较东南亚航线更高。最后,根据分析结果提出了提升中国邮轮消费者感知的建议。

    Abstract

    As a new special tourism activity in China,cruise tourism has been developing rapidly along with the policy of “one belt and one road”. However,in the past two years,the growth rate of cruise tourism has slowed down,and China’s cruise tourism is facing industrial transformation. This paper takes Chinese cruise tourism consumers as the research object,and uses Ctrip and the comment data of the same travel websites as samples to conduct a study on tourists’product perception. On the basis of literature analysis at home and abroad,27126 basic comment data of network text are obtained by “Octopus” data crawler software. The high frequency words of the text are analyzed by using Python’s Jieba word segmentation function,and the comment text is judged emotionally by Python’s Snow NLP library. The different routes are analyzed by using ROST CM6 semantic analysis. Visitors perceive differences. The study finds that tourists’perception of cruise tourism mainly includes five aspects:cruise environment,cruise facilities,cruise service,cruise activities and overall experience;time and space span affect tourists’ perception of cruise products;there are perception differences between ocean-going tourists and Japanese and Southeast Asian tourists;The overall satisfaction of cruise products is good. Tourists’emotional values of Japanese and ocean-going routes are higher than those of Southeast Asian routes. Finally,according to the analysis results,some suggestions are put forward to enhance the perception of Chinese cruise consumers.
