In recent years，there were more and more direct criminal prosecution cases，but there are still some problems，such as being tired in the litigation because of too long period of the case，poor case quality due to neglecting investigation，and lack of judicial initiative because the law enforcement concept has not been updated. In order to strengthen the rigidity and resilience of the legal supervision work of the procuratorial authorities in the new era，the procuratorial authorities should make efforts to promote the supervision of the source governance，give full play to the functions of Investigation Supervision and Collaboration Office，and improve the supervision of direct criminal prosecution cases by procuratorial authorities in the new era from the aspects of standardizing and rationalizing the case duration updating the concept of law enforcement and case handling，improving the enforcement supervision，exploring innovative supervision mechanism and formulating supervision standards.
