摘要

本报告在对中国残疾人的就业现状、就业服务与支持政策展开分析的基础上，从残疾人就业意愿、残疾人职业教育、残疾人职业康复服务、残疾人就业福利体系四个方面系统分析了中国残疾人就业服务与支持的现状和存在的问题。最后，本报告从宏观、中观、微观层面，分别提出完善政策、加强服务、提升行动的促进中国残疾人就业的对策和建议。 <<

Abstract

This report analyzes the current situation and existing problems of employment services and support for the persons with disabilities in China from four aspects：the employment will of the persons with disabilities，the vocational education for the persons with disabilities，rehabilitation services for the handicapped，and the welfare system for the persons with disabilities. In view of the existing problems，from the macro，meso and micro levels，this report puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve policies，strengthen services and enhance actions.
