E-commerce is the strongest driving force for the transformation and upgrading of China’s real economy. In the context of increasingly complex and changeable domestic and international environment,only by promoting high-quality development of e-commerce can we accelerate the in-depth integration of data and reality and promote high-quality development of Chinese path to modernization. This chapter summarizes the current situation of e-commerce development in China in 2022,the main problems faced,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions. The countermeasures and suggestions include:firstly,deepening the integration of e-commerce and the real economy,promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises;secondly,encouraging platforms to increase innovation efforts,accelerating enterprises to enter a new growth cycle;thirdly,carrying out socialized and agile supervision to completely solve persistent problems;fourthly,strengthening logistics capacity construction,Establish an emergency rapid response system for logistics distribution.
