With the deepening development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation，multiple internal and external factors are affecting the integration and development of China’s digital economy and real economy. On the one hand，the policy environment for the development of China’s digital economy has been constantly optimized. Digital technology has been widely used in production and life. Industrial Internet，intelligent workshop，intelligent manufacturing，Internet of Vehicles，platform economy and other new industries，new models and new integration have become the driving force for the development of digital transformation of the industry. There is foundation and potential for accelerating digital transformation during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period. On the other hand，currently，major countries in the world regard promoting Digital transformation as an important driving force to achieve innovation and development，and accelerate forward-looking layout in cutting-edge technology research and development and deepening application. Compared to other countries，although digital applications in China have developed rapidly，there is still a significant gap. This requires joint efforts from various industries and fields to strengthen investment and efforts in the integration of the digital economy and the real economy. This article starts from the current situation of the digital economy and the real economy，and proposes a governance approach for the integrated development of China’s digital economy and the real economy through analysis.
