Factor allocation is an important aspect of the socialist market economy system with Chinese characteristics. Exploring various channels to increase the income of the middle and low-income groups is an important task for promoting common prosperity. This article reviews the distribution of labor factor income in the platform economy and believes that the platform economy can be an important means of increasing the income of the middle and low-income groups. Increasing employment，optimizing income distribution，and improving public services are the three focus areas for increasing factor income in the platform economy. Based on this，the article proposes a path for the platform economy to increase the income of middle and low-income groups：first，standardizing and ensuring the development of the gig economy，second，accelerating the balanced development of the platform economy，and third，vigorously promoting the sharing economy based on the platform model.
