    以人才队伍建设推动河南制造业高质量发展研究

    摘要

    人才短缺是制造业高质量发展重要的制约因素之一。近年来,河南省高度重视制造业人才工作,相继出台系列人才政策,推进人才培养模式多样化,持续加大人才引进力度,有力推动了制造业人才队伍的建设。尽管如此,河南制造业人才队伍建设仍面临人才总量不够、人才质量不高、人才结构不合理等突出问题。当前,河南制造业人才队伍建设既面临机遇,也存在诸多制约因素;要抓住新旧人口红利转化期这一机遇,通过加大工匠型人才培育、搭建人才成长平台、创新人才培养模式、提升职业教育水平等,破解制造业人才队伍建设面临的诸多难题,加快人口优势转化,以人才队伍建设推进河南制造业高质量发展。

    Abstract

    Talent shortage is one of the important restricting factors for the high quality development of manufacturing industry. In recent years,Henan province has attached great importance to the work of talents in the manufacturing industry. It has issued a series of policies for talents,promoted the diversification of talent training modes,and continuously increased the introduction of talents,which has greatly promoted the construction of the talent team in the manufacturing industry. In spite of this,the construction of talent team in Henan manufacturing industry is still faced with such prominent problems as insufficient total talent,low talent quality and unreasonable talent structure. At present,the construction of talent team in Henan manufacturing industry faces both favorable opportunities and many restrictive factors. We should seize the favorable opportunity of the transition period of demographic dividend through increasing the craftsman type talent cultivation,build development platforms,innovation personnel training mode,improve vocational education level,etc. To solve the problems which the manufacturing industry talent team construction are facing,to speed up the population advantage,to promote the high quality development of Henan manufacturing by talent team construction.
