    浅论北京阅读季在儿童阅读推广中的创新模式

    摘要

    北京阅读季是全国具有代表性和影响力的阅读品牌,形成了自身鲜明的特点和创新之处。第一,注重顶层设计。通过不断健全政策机制、完善基础设施、聚合社会资源,构建了良好的阅读服务,如16个区都建成了特色化阅读空间,并形成了“家庭+社区+校园”三位一体推广体系。第二,形式多样化。北京阅读季打造了“阅读马拉松”和“阅读+”等具有独创性和代表性的新模板。第三,内容丰富多样。如推出了一系列弘扬优秀传统文化的阅读活动,根据新形势确定体现时代精神的主题活动,推荐精品书目等。第四,服务细分人群。对不同年龄阶段的儿童青少年定制阅读计划。第五,孵化品牌活动。培育了中国童书博览会、名家进校园等具有影响力的阅读活动品牌。第六,强有力的宣传工作。当前,儿童阅读推广已成为全民阅读推广中不可或缺的重要力量,对少年儿童成长发展有积极有利的推动作用。

    Abstract

    Beijing’s Reading Season is a representative and influential branded activity nationwide,which has formed its distinctive characteristics and innovation model. First,it pays attention to top level design,and has established a good reading experience owing to the constantly improved policy system and infrastructure,as well as converged social resources. For example,it has built reading spaces in 16 districts with their own characteristics and has formed a promotion system which combines “family,community and campus” as a whole. Second,it has multiple models. Beijing’s Reading Season has created a new model featured in representative activities such as “reading marathons” and “reading plus.” Third,it has rich contents which include a series of activities to carry forward the splendid traditional cultures,organize themed activities to represent the spirit of the times in the new era,and recommend quality books. Fourth,its services are targeted at different groups of customers and make reading plans tailored for children and juveniles at different ages. Fifth,it incubates branded projects such as China Children’s Book Expo,and invites experts to give lectures on campuses. Sixth,it has been publicized in an efficient and effective way. Currently,the promotion of children’s reading has already become an indispensable power to encourage reading nationwide and has played a leading role in children’s and juveniles’ growth.
