    北京居民生活压力感、认知情绪调节和生活情感的关系

    摘要

    为了解北京居民生活压力感、认知情绪调节方式及其与生活情感的关系,本调查对北京16个区78个社区进行抽样调查,结果显示:北京居民的生活压力指数(5分制)为2.91,整体生活压力水平为“一般”。男性、中青年、高学历、高收入居民的生活压力相对较大。北京居民最常用的认知情绪调节方式是重新关注计划、积极重新评价、接受、积极重新关注,较少运用的调节方式是灾难化、责难他人、转换视角(理性分析)、自我责备和沉思默想等。适度的生活压力感能增强积极情感,过高生活压力感损害积极情感;积极重新评价、自我责难、积极重新关注等调节方式运用越多,居民的积极情感越强;灾难化、自我责难、责难他人、转换视角等方式运用越多,积极重新评价方式运用越少,则居民的消极情感越强。报告对居民情绪调节提出一定的建议。

    Abstract

    To investigate the relations of life stress,the cognition emotion regulation and life affects with a sampling survey of 2340 from 78 communities in 16 districts in Beijing,data showed that the overall life stress of Beijing citizens was medium at 2.91 in 5 point scale. The life stress of male,middle-aged,highly educated and high-income citizens were relatively large.

    The most commonly used cognitive and emotional regulation were focusing on planning,positive reappraisal,acceptance,positive focusing for e Beijing citizens,catastrophizing blaming others,putting into perspective,self-blame and rumination were the less used cognition emotion regulation. Moderate life stress enhanced one’s experience of positive affect,while excessive life stress weakened one’s experience of positive affect;the more the cognition emotion regulation such as positive reappraisal,self-blame,positive focusing were used,the stronger the positive affect would be experienced,the more the cognition emotion regulation such as catastrophizing,self-blame,blaming others,putting into perspective were used,the more negative affect would be experienced. Effective cognition emotion regulation of affects were suggested in the report.
