    2019~2020年高考命题政策解读

    摘要

    2019年是教育领域落实全国教育大会精神的开局之年,高考内容改革也开启了一个新的时段。“五育并举”“六个下功夫”“八统一”是中国共产党新时代教育工作的根本方针,也是2019年甚至更长时间内高考内容改革的根本遵循。2019年高考,进一步深化立德树人考查要求,进一步加强从“考知识”到“考能力”的考查,尤其加强了创新与批判性思维能力的考查。2019年,教育领域重磅政策不断发布,实施普通高中新课程的省份不再制订考试大纲,“一核四层四翼”的高考评价体系发布,未来的高考内容改革方向已经确定。

    Abstract

    2019 is the beginning of the implementation of the spirit of the National Education Conference into the field of education. The reform of the college entrance examination has also opened a new era. “Five qualities developed simultaneously”,“six efforts” and “eight unifications” are the fundamental guidelines of the CPC’s education work in the new era,and they are also the fundamental principles for the reform of the college entrance examination in 2019 and beyond. The college entrance examination in 2019 further deepens the examination requirements of enhancing morality and fostering talents,further strengthens the assessment and test from “knowledge test” to “ability test”,and especially strengthens the test of the ability of innovation and critical thinking. In 2019,blockbuster education policies have been continuously released. Provinces that implement new high school curriculums no longer formulate examination outlines. The college entrance examination evaluation system marked with “one core,four layers and four wings” has been released,and the direction of future college entrance examination reform has been determined.
