    东北亚邮轮产业环境变化与韩国邮轮产业面临的挑战——集聚釜山港北港发展...

    摘要

    本文以韩国海洋水产部于2018年下半年通过韩国国际邮轮研究院进行的“釜山港海洋观光休闲发展战略研究课题”的主要内容为基础,观察根据东北亚邮轮环境变化的韩国邮轮产业的应对方案,特别提出关于韩国中心港口釜山港与釜山港北港再开发事业而构建的邮轮发展战略和今后的推进方案。在本研究课题中,首先以“萨德”事件前后的东北亚邮轮环境的分析和今后的变化动向为基础,提出东北亚多母港链条邮轮的概念。接着记述作为东北亚邮轮枢纽港的釜山港北港的发展战略和详细方案。最后以研究摘要和今后的基本方向及建议来结尾。最近东北亚邮轮环境变化的重要议题“多母港链条邮轮”是邮轮产业发展的机会,同时也有望起到打造釜山港邮轮母港的催化剂作用。东北亚邮轮港口城市之间通过联合扩大邮轮总量的重要契机,在今后的推进战略政策化和具体实施过程中,要有效应对内外环境变化,提高政策实现的可行性,保持东北亚邮轮经济稳定发展,真正实现多母港体系结构。

    Abstract

    This paper is based on the results of the research on the development strategy of marine tourism and leisure in Busan Port conducted by the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries of Korea through the Korea International Cruise Research Institute in the second half of 2018. It observes the response plan of the Korean cruise industry according to the changes of cruise environment in Northeast Asia,and puts forward the Korean Center in particular. The cruise development strategy and future promotion plan for the re-development of Pusan Port and North Port of Pusan Port. In the second chapter of this study,based on the analysis of the cruise environment in Northeast Asia around Sade’s events and the trend of changes in the future,in order to deal with the Korean cruise in advance,the concept of multi-mother port chain cruise ship in Northeast Asia will be put forward,and then in the third chapter,the development of North Port of Busan Port as the cruise hub port in Northeast Asia will be described. Strategies and detailed plans. The final conclusion will be the summary of the study and the basic directions and suggestions for future promotion.

    Recently,the important issue of cruise environment change in Northeast Asia is “multi-mother-port chain cruise” which is an opportunity for the development of cruise industry,and it is also expected to play a catalytic role in realizing the cruise home port of Busan Port. Through the important opportunity of jointly expanding the total number of cruise ships among the cruise port cities in Northeast Asia,in the process of promoting strategic policy and concrete implementation in the future,if we can make more pre-emptive response to the changes of internal and external environment and improve the feasibility of policy implementation,it will become the cruise stability and real multi-mother in Northeast Asia. Important driving force of the port system.
