The COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukraine crisis have promoted the differentiation and reorganization of international forces,accelerating profound changes unseen in a century. In the digital era,the interaction of geopolitical conflicts and cyberspace governance has brought new trends and challenges to major-country interactions. The digital space has gradually become the main battlefield between major countries,the security situation in cyberspace is getting severe,and the cyberspace governance calls on international cooperation. The US-led Western countries attempt to set up democratic digital ecosystem decoupling China,the cybersecurity risks increase dramatically following the Ukraine crisis,and the international rule-making process coming to a critical moment. In the future,confrontation in digital and cyberspace may be further deepened,and China shall continue to adhere to the opening-up strategy,coordinate development and security,and actively participate in the system construction of international rules.
