The major participants (institutions and entities) of CDM project activities include: project property owner, contracting party conference, designated national authority (DNA) of project participants, CDM executive board (EB) and supporting organizations, DOE and other stakeholders. This paper focuses on DNA, DOE, EB, buyer and property owner, as well as the role of NGOs.
