Xujing used to be the vice executor of Guizhou Academy of Social Science and vice president of Guizhou Federation of Social Science. She is occupied in long-term research on the development of economic society and research on theoretical policy and publicity of Chinese Communist Party. She has presided about 30 subsjects of national and provincial level ，published nearly 20 works and about 180 theoretical articles. She is the expert for special allowance of the State Council.

Good afternoon，everyone！ The Speeches of the minister of China Culture Division Luo Shugang and other distinguished guests touch me greatly. Minister Luo explicitly raised ecological culture is an important foundation of ecological civilization construction，and emphasized that we should not only start from the system，but also take into account the culture because of the complexity and long-term characteristic of environmental protection. Therefore，to achieve ecological civilization needs：to build the idea of complying with nature，respecting nature and protecting ecology，so as to form the ecological culture with the theory of “harmony between man and nature”. The minister’s statement on position and role of culture in the era of ecological civilization will give cultural workers great confidence and inspiration as well as point out the direction of the work in this field. As cultural workers in Guizhou，it is our responsibility and the sacred missions to carry forward the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation and promote the construction of ecological civilization in Guizhou.

We should vigorously promote natural view of “harmony between man and nature”. The minister said that ecological culture is an important part of ecological environment protection and ecological civilization construction，which require us to internalize value of seeking for ecological civilization construction and externalize voluntary motions of builders. In history，people of all nationalities in Guizhou respected nature，complied with the nature，left many valuable experiences and stories in accordance with ecological law and ecological requirement. Nowadays，we should unearth，protect，inherit and promote the excellent traditional culture in Guizhou，for strengthening consciousness and confidence of people in the construction of ecological civilization.

We should vigorously promote the practical view of “the unity of knowledge and action”. The minister said that：culture，as a guide，has important enlightenment for formation and popularization of ecological civilization idea. I learned that we should adhere to “the unity of knowledge and action” in vigorously promoting ecological culture. Guizhou was the cradle of Wang Yang-mings’ culture. Wang Yangming，a philosopher in Ming Dynasty，was transferred to Guizhou as punishment because he was against imperial officials. The love and care of people in Guizhou gave him the momentum to create “the unity of knowledge and action”. So we should vigorously carry forward the practice view of “the unity of knowledge and action”，promoting the development of ecological culture in the new age.

We should vigorously promote the harmonious view of “co-existence with difference”. However，an irrational argument in favor of that ecological civilization must replace the industrial civilization. In fact，the common progress by embracing diversity of civilization runs through many areas of human societies. And the industrial civilization promotes the agricultural civilization degree rather than replace it. Similarly，the ecological civilization will promote the development of the agriculture and industrial civilization. The minister said that we should promote the green space，green industry and green life through the culture，while the vice-chairman of China’s Soong Ching Ling Foundation Qi Mingqiu advocates the ideal of harmonious development and coexistence of diverse culture. In one word，it is the harmonious view of “co-existence with difference”. We should vigorously develop different civilization and culture in Guihzou to promote the harmonious view of “co-existence with difference”，so as to improve the inclusive development of ecological civilization and bring its benefits to all the people.
