本报告首先对中国社会学教学科研机构和教学科研人员队伍的发展情况做了较为全面的阐述，然后从社会学理论和方法论、社会结构变迁与社会分层、农村基层社会建设、社会组织与社会政策以及和谐社会等五个方面，对2005～2006年的前沿研究进展进行了较为系统的总结，并对中国社会学的未来发展提出了一些方向性的建议。

,AbstractEN:Any social security systems will，in substance，take certain social security theory as its premise，either consciously or unconsciously. Over the past 20 years，people normally take those social security theories in western countries as the start and main references of China’s social security reforms，yet fail to establish our own social security theories and apply them in the reform practices，which leads to the occurrence of various problems in China’s social security reforms. Consequently，we shall establish our own social security theories，take existence equality as its theoretical foundation，and prioritize people’s most fundamental needs of existence. In particular，those in need of social support shall be the target of social security. The system shall help them back to the society，reduce social confrontations，refrain from further deteriorations of poverty，and promote the continuous and harmonious development of social economy.

,AbstractEN:The integration of urban and rural social security systems is one of the necessary strategy for the establishment of China’s Harmonious Socialist Society. Income mobility analysis of Chinese urban residents shows that risks of degrading to lower income groups are high. These argues improve the urban social security system. Meanwhile，the non-convexity of rural income dynamics reveals that there is poverty trap and the protection of social security system in rural China is even more urging. Furthermore，both growth and equality effects of integrating urban and rural social security systems are positive，so that the Baseline Equality can be promoted.

,AbstractEN:China’s welfare system reflects the characteristics of “coordination of interests” of China’s social transition，which policy is based on the traditional Chinese social welfare ideological that the ideological foundation for the complex，the main responsibility of the pluralistic，the comprehensive protection projects in three major areas. Former Soviet social security system is highly centralized planned economy system compatible with the state and the enterprises to pay the full cost of social insurance，in other words countries to monopolize everything. The redistribution of social resources and the interests of the community relations coordination operate under the state’s coercive powers. With the breakup of the Soviet Union and the market system changes implemented profits together the original nature of the principles of social welfare subjecting the negative criticism，a new social security system that foothold in the Russian-style market economy system gradually build up. Now Russia’s social security system is based on social responsibility which replaces the state’s responsibility in the past，in this sense that their transformation system is better than China’s. Judging from the current situation of its operations，its market economic system suited to the social security system has been established，social responsibility of the parties to the legal obligations and rights are already clear，the internal mechanism has been formed. Especially with China is different is that its members of the community to social security are highly dependent，meanwhile various supervisory systems come into play.

,AbstractEN:Nowadays，different residential regions of the poor and the rich，caused by urban real estate development，makes market commercial rational norm and moral value criterion intensely discussed by every social stratum. This thesis finds that different regions of the poor and the rich can’t be defined as stratificational trend of community，because common stratum consciousness of social members is lost，community cultures are still falling into a pattern，stratum culture and community culture haven’t overlapped. Different regions of the poor and the rich only makes the stratificational trend of community possible. It’s only under the mechanism of the active repellence of the upper class together with the passive repellence of the lower class as well as under the role of community and stratum culture that the stratification of the community can come true in strict degree stratum community is the extreme form of the closeness of social stratum. The phenomenon of different region of the poor and the rich in Chinese city，on one hand indicates that urban closeness of social stratum has strengthened remarkably and should be paid close attention to by people from all walks of society，on the other hand tells us that since the closeness of social stratum hasn’t reach the unchangeable condition，there is still enough room left for the government to regulate the closeness of social stratum. By strengthening the construction of community culture based on new area and increasing investment and construction of community common facilities of lower class，we can not only prevent the upper class from out-flowing for subculture repellence and prevent the life condition of the lower class from worsening，but also prohibit or postpone the process and speed that the different regions of the poor and the rich from marching towards community stratification more effectively.

,AbstractEN:The study of thinking style is widespread，but the study of psychological perspective is still in elementary stage. Available research has obvious characteristics as follows. Firstly，research mainly focuses on the perspective of culture，or concerning the function mechanism of thinking style. Secondly，in the research method，the domestic research tends to theoretical studies，while the external scholars prefer to experiment test，yet lacks substantial evidence research. In this article，on the basis of analyzing and appraising，we point out that the tendencies of studies on Chinese thinking style will be building up widely recognized operational definition，enhance the development and improvement of research tool. Finally，it is necessary to study how thinking style influences behavior，to explore the new characteristics of Chinese thinking style in particular situation.

,AbstractEN:Based on the classical field study of the protestant sects of the USA by Max Weber during his stay in the country in 1904，this article finds that the principle of the sovereignty of the local sacramental community and its embodiment，i.e.，the sect membership is very important. The membership helps to discipline the members’ acts，and in doing so，a general system of social trust and credit is fully developed. The way from membership to social trust can be a useful train of thought in constructing voluntary associations in China today.
